Since I'm getting ready to open a restaurant with a strong Japanese theme, I've decided to start playing with some Japanese spirits, My primary goal for this lab is to more confidently acquaint myself with the flavor and character of these spirits, so I'll be playing with some classic cocktail recipes, but using some Japanese ingredients that I'm not yet familiar with. We will be working with (Japanese) gin, vodka and whisky, plus some other fun mixers.
